Refund policy

In accordance with European consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing any reason and without incurring any penalty.

To exercise this right, please contact us at projectcomp87@gmail.com and include your order number. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, and with its original packaging and storage pouch.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately and include photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including any return shipping costs.
