Delivery times
Your orders are shipped from our supplier and delivered in Belgium and the European Union within an indicative period of 10 to 18 working days. This period is confirmed to you by email after validation of your order.
Order tracking
A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your package is shipped.
Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from the receipt of your package to inform us of your wish to return an item, without having to give a reason. Contact us at lobayfarid@gmail.com stating your order number.
Return conditions
The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and with its storage pouch. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of our error or a defective product.
Refund
After receipt and verification of the returned item, the refund is made to the payment method used during the purchase, within a maximum of 14 days.
Damaged or defective product
If your item arrives damaged or has a defect, contact us immediately at lobayfarid@gmail.com with a photo, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund.
